We’re proud to announce that Mike Casey is Jackson’s Hardware’s October Associate of the Month!

Mike has been part of the Jackson’s family for many years, and he’s still finding new ways to make a difference. This fall, when things got busy and his teammates needed help, he didn’t wait to be asked. He stepped in, took on more than his share, and did it all with a smile.

Mike’s positive attitude is a big part of what makes him stand out. He brings good energy to work every day, and the people around him feel it, coworkers and customers alike. He keeps things light and makes every visit to the store a little more enjoyable.

As a 100% employee-owned company, every one of us has a stake in Jackson’s success, and Mike shows what that looks like. When another part of the store needs help, he doesn’t see it as someone else’s problem.

Next time you’re in, stop by and congratulate Mike. Thank you, Mike, for everything you do!
